(Update) Charges were filed in Payne County District Court on Feb. 27, 2024 against an individual not affiliated with the university. (UPDATE) 9 a.m. Feb. 23, 2024: The Stillwater Police Department arrested a non-university subject in connection with the case overnight.

Jan. 19, 2024 OSU-Stillwater Campus Power Outage

There is a power outage affecting multiple buildings on the OSU-Stillwater campus. The Colvin Center has been opened for warmth. OG&E is working with Facilities Management on a problem with a substation.

The Oklahoma State University Police Department is investigating an alleged sexual assault that reportedly occurred at 9:30 p.m. Thursday, Dec. 7, at an on-campus residence.

Scam calls reported

The Oklahoma State University Police Department is advising students, parents, employees and the general public to be aware of a phone scam. Several individuals have reported receiving fraudulent phone calls that appear to come from an OSUPD phone number and the caller uses the name of an OSUPD officer.
